- Staff was great. Nice location. I was able to leave my car in the hotel parking lot and go sightseeing after checkout.

- good office chair, big room. comfortable bed
Cons -
- Uncertain if this hotel was taking part in the go to campaign.
- The air-conditioning wasn't working and we couldn't open the window. Staff brought up a fan, which was a great help but the cooling system needs improvement. It was a reasonable walk from the station with luggage and I suggest you get a taxi instead.
- there was a very strong smell in the room - but they changed it for us - though the smell lingered all across the floor we were on

Clean and comfortable. It is in town and walking distance to restaurants and there’s a grocery store next door.
Fully equipped, clean and comfortable

The breakfast was good with a good spread. Location is good and there is a supermarket and eatery next door.
It will be good to provide 1 free water bottle per day per guest or 1 welcome drink.
Location
I have stayed in other ANA Crowne hotels but this one did not meet the ANA Crowne standard. The hotel is old. My room was stuffy and smelly. I had to sleep with the window open. The air purifier in the room didnt remove the odour in the room.
Very clean and tidy. Good facilities.
As a Western Traveller; more coffee in the morning would be beneficial. More parking spaces would help but didn’t have to wait long.
Location was great, next door to large supermarket and close to restaurants. Room very comfortable and bonus having parking. Lovely hotel for exploring the region. Would definitely stay here again!
bed and pillows were comfy
mold all at the doorway of bathroom
This hotel was clean, tidy close to everything we need and the staff were great, the rooms were not large but they were comfortable, the bed was the most comfortable we have since we have been in Japan ?

Location was perfect. So much to do and see in walking distance. Big Boy restaurant is close by as well. The room was very clean, air conditioner worked great since I like it cold, bed was comfortable. Staff was respectful and even though their was a language barrier they found ways to communicate with you and always with a smile.
Every was great. No complaints!
Room is comfortable,Everything in the room no free but reflect to hotel cost is very economy. This is match to person who don’t want to pay for what is not necessary
-
Size of the room was perfect for me.
